The VICS Gym – The Sports And Recreation Centre

VICS have opened their own gym in Southwick. Thanks to Springboard North East for allowing us the use of the space and to the generous donations of gym equipment from all over the city. This service is open to all veterans, serving members of the Armed Forces and their families – whether they are an experienced gym user or someone who is looking to start of their fitness journey. It is a private space which is headed by Sam. Sam is able to offer bespoke 1-2-1 training sessions, or can simply be on site should you require to use the facilities.
